Chiku Connect is an iPhone app, and your quirky AI companion, here to help you rediscover the stories behind your old photos, transforming your conversations into stories that you’ll (hopefully) love - and that your friends and family just might too!

To check if your device is compatible, go to Settings > General > About. Look for iOS Version and if it’s 18.2 or above, you’ll be able to run Chiku on your device.

Yes, Chiku is currently free to use! In return, we’d love for you to participate in a few short surveys and a brief interview to share your feedback and help us improve Chiku.

We don’t record your voice without your explicit consent. We transcribe all conversations and store them securely. They are used to jog your memory, make the conversations more relevant and help you recall the stories behind your photos.
These logs are securely kept on our servers and only ever used to improve your app experience. Your data is never sold or shared without your consent.

If you'd like to delete your data from the Chiku Connect app, you can go to the Settings portion of the app, and delete your account, or please send us a message at chiku@chiku.live with your name (as entered when first using the app)

Chiku is available for anyone 13 and older. It’s created by a small team founded to develop innovative solutions that will help our near and dear ones have better lives.
We encourage you to try the app for yourself—ask hard questions and test its boundaries. Keep in mind that AI systems are not perfectly controllable, so dedicated attempts to break the systems content filters could succeed. If you ever encounter anything in the app that you’re uncomfortable with, please let us know at chiku@chiku.live.
